I don't know about you but I'm not a big Crate&Barrel fan.
Nothing against it...it's just not my style.
I remember when I was younger, I thought that I would be so stinkin' cool if I had everything from Crate&Barrel and Pottery Barn.
So that was my goal.
I achieved that goal.
THEN......all of a sudden...
one day I woke up...
I DIDN'T LIKE IT ANYMORE.
Try explaining that to a hubby that deosn't understand that women change their minds ALL the time.
Let's just say....I wouldn't have even wanted to be a fly on the wall!
Any-Hoo....I got the catalog the other day.
I actually found a few things I like.
(still trying to figure out how it didn't just go straight to the recycling bin)
This set of jars are just dreamy.
I'm sure many of you do the Q-tip thing.
I don't...I was thinking CANDY!

C&B has some great stuff right now. I can't seem to get the cake stands out of my mind.
I will do the invitations for your FAB mojito party ;) I'm already thinking a mint-green envelope...perhaps even a coordinating grosgrain stripe ribbon somewhere...!
I'm with you - I know that C&B will have great 'basics' - and lately I have to say, I've been a bit surprised with some of their stuff!
I think I'm going today to get that "mojito dispenser" - I may change it up, every now and then, with a margarita or sangria...but oh, it will be put to GOOD USE!

Cute stuff! I selectively love Pottery Barn -- but I normally love it at PB and find something really similar at Target...
I love cake plates! and white glass! And there's a few things in Crate&Barrel that I like. But I've enver bought anything there. Never! Can you even believe it!

I have the large jar and it comes in very handy. Parties, cookouts et cetera...! When i am not using it serves as a lovely decoration on my bar counter top. I vote buy it!
I bring my big lemonade jar of course with a little absolute mixed in that lemonade...!
I wrote my comment and the pool men blew my fuse on my outlet that my computer was plugged into... so let me start again! Mojitos in the glass container would look PerFecT!!! i think I need one too that is so cute... and the cake plates.... ummm I think anything sitting on top would look delicious! my flip flops are ready to head on over for your summer party just let me know the time!
p.s. I'm having a Corona tonight for Cinco de Mayo with a wedge of lime.

Happy Tuesday to you too! I am totally craving summer parties! I agree, I am not big on C&B but I love their kitchenware stuff! I do have a glass jar I bought at Michael's that I use for q-tips, I liked it better than the box up in my cabinet.
I think a summer party would be awesome! ;) I love some of CB's things too.. I think they are finally catching on! Jen

Love the cake stands!!! And Martha probably shops at Crate and Barrel instead of her own stuff! Love the glass jars as well and of course you would think candy!!! Enjoyed shopping with you!
I will drink a Mojito or 2, from Crate and Barrel, I like the glass storage containers with lids, the butterfly napkins and the funky cloth cocktail napkins.
