*SIGH*

*SIGH*So I got this piece off of Craigs List last night for $25.
Actually, I sent Mr. Bill and my son.
Mr Bill called once he had the car loaded.
I asked him "Soooo, is it really pretty?"
Mr Bill said very hesitantly..... "NO!"
I was crushed.
Then he got home....I looked at her and I immediately knew she was going to be GORGEOUS once I get a couple coats of paint on her.
She has had a good life. She is pretty banged up.
I will give her a very comfortable home.
I better have a spot for her..... I really don't want to sell her.
It's weird, I keep called it a her.
I really should give her a sweet name.
So, that's where you come in. What should I name her???
How about Sally, Jane, Diane, Sandy. Maybe Susan, Emma or Sally.
Wait, did I say Sally already? It must be because my original name was Sally.
That was until my dad decided to change it. All my hospital records have White Out on them.
That's a whole other post~

Now, my second item of excitement....

I'M OFF TO THE :

I will be back on Monday with lots and lots of pictures.

I can't wait to meet so many of my new bloggy friends.

On a little sad note. As of 11:45 this morning...my Bradley will no longer be a Kindergartner.
He will be a 1st grader.
I was weeping all night about it.

Do any of you have a hard time with things like this??

Summer, BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!

Happy Weekend...See ya on Monday~

I think Sally Mae will be beautiful with some paint. What color are you going to paint her?

The buffet is fabulous! I can see it with shabby chic white and wearing on it. Hmm...Sally or Diane fit well.
Have a great time at the Farm Chicks! I can't wait to see your pictures!
Did you decide on the color of your kitchen?

I know I am not ready to admit Kaiden is a 1st grader either.

I think it's going to look great once you get your hands on it! It definitely needs some paint, but oh how great it will look and think of all the storage you'll have in her!! I don't need to tell you how I'm dealing with my kids getting older, you read my post today. Go ahead and cry, then be thankful he's not going into Junior High like my son!!! Enjoy your time away and please do post tons of pictures!!!

Now that has potential to be an awesome buffet! I think she needs a southern name for some reason, like Naomi, or grace or Savannah, or maybe i just like Southern names! ;) See you soon, travel safe.

Have a safe trip. Take tons of photos. Scope out the best of everything and please report back. Because next year, I'm going!

P.S. I think her name should be Pearl.
